Decada Group is a holding company focused on acquiring and stewarding enduring small businesses in Utah.
We operate with a long view. Craftsmanship over scale. Continuity over financial engineering. Ownership measured in decades, not quarters. Decada exists to build and steward a portfolio of businesses that matter.

Durable is building Utah’s Business Commons — a convening platform and shared space for business owners, operators, and founders across Utah.
Through events, peer groups, programming, and advocacy, Durable aims to strenghten the connective tissue of the local business community.
Durable is a Decada Group company, but listed separately because it operates in public.
Patina Capital
Patina Capital is my personal investment and advisory practice.
I provide minority capital, board support, and CEO counsel to operators building meaningful companies. The work is quiet and selective, grounded in stewardship and long-term judgment.
